Matthew Correia is a man of many talents and passions. For over a decade, he has been waking up with viewers nationwide as Co-Host of GenteTV, every Saturday morning.
From a young age, Matthew has been a leader in the Portuguese community, volunteering with several community organizations in the non-profit sector.
As a broadcast video journalist and reporter, Matthew’s oration skills and charming personality have led him across the globe. Whether it’s interviewing A-List Celebrities during international film festivals and red carpets; marching in procession during religious festivals; meeting the Pope inside the Vatican in
Rome; climbing the Great Wall of China; riding a donkey down the mountains in Greece; a camel on a Moroccan Beach in Africa or at the top of the Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai…. Matthew is there, with microphone in hand.
Matthew stays true to the GenteTV motto: “here, there, everywhere” … wherever there is a “festa”, you’ll find Matthew.
